Position Overview:
Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking an experienced Operations (Service) Manager to join their client's dynamic team. This role is pivotal in ensuring efficient and effective service operations, with a focus on maintaining high standards and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations to ensure the delivery of exceptional service to clients and customers.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance efficiency and productivity.

- Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

- Manage resources effectively, ensuring optimal allocation to meet service demands.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards.
- Handle customer escalations and resolve service-related issues promptly and professionally.
- Prepare and present reports on operational performance and strategic initiatives to senior management.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in an operations or service management role, with a track record of success in a similar industry.
